1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application "Tbox" ("Service") provided by devYUL studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the Tbox timeboxing-based time management application and all related services.
• "User" means any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Content" means any data created by Users within the Service, including plans, routines, reviews, brain dumps, and other user-generated data.
• "Paid Service" means premium features such as the Pro subscription offered within the Service.

3. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

1. These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or otherwise made available to Users.
2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, subject to applicable laws.
3. We will notify Users of any material changes at least 7 days (or 30 days for changes adverse to Users) prior to the effective date through in-app notifications.
4. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
5. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
